Which areas of Kauai do you serve?

I specialize in Kauai's South Shore — Poipu, Koloa, and Kalaheo — and the surrounding South Shore communities. It's the sunny side of the island and the area I know best.

I'm buying from the mainland and can't visit often. Can you still help?

Absolutely — many of my clients buy from California, the Pacific Northwest, and elsewhere on the mainland. I handle video tours, digital paperwork, and coordinate inspections and escrow so you can buy with confidence from thousands of miles away.

Do you specialize in vacation-rental and investment properties?

Yes. Short-term vacation-rental and investment property is a core focus, and I operate my own Poipu rental — so I can talk through realistic income, costs, and what to look for. Kauai's short-term-rental rules change over time and vary by property, so for the current specifics on a particular condo or complex, reach out and I'll get you the up-to-date details.

Do you speak German?

Yes — I'm bilingual in English and German, and I'm glad to work with German-speaking buyers and sellers.
